When speaking with consumers, MJR’s agents are trained to ask a variety of questions to assess the consumer’s willingness to pay and ability to pay. Questions are structured in such a way to help consumers find money sources, whether through their own sources, or through our lender network. If a consumer is not able to come up with the full amount, our agents will accept a short term payment arrangement and continue to assist the consumer in finding a source to clear the balance. Consumers are often surprised at how quickly our agents can help them clear their debts and start to rebuild their credit. We can help!
