We are very proud to announce that Bob Ghosh has joined MJR Capital Services Inc. as Senior Manager, Recovery Operations.

Mr. Ghosh started career in sales, working as an Account Manager and progressing to a Sales Agent Manager overseeing a team of call centre representatives. In 2006, he crossed into accounts receivable management where he mentored and managed numerous teams of collectors and tracers for many of the major banks, financial service providers, public utilities and telecommunications companies. Through his close engagement and mentorship of his staff, he has consistently built high performance teams with successful track records, driving quarter over quarter 1st place finishes, market share increases and recovery records. Bob believes in aligning collection and contact strategies with work automations to drive recoveries and upholding all compliance requirements while keeping his team fully engaged and productive.

Working closely with Lorne Smith, Senior Vice President, Bob will be recruiting, mentoring and managing a rapidly growing dialer and collector team in our Mississauga location.
